These original materials have been created to help teenagers who need to learn or review basic math skills, from multiplication facts through algebra. They are mostly Acrobat* (pdf) files, plus gif's and jpeg's, designed to be printed out on standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper, then three-hole punched to fit a three-ring binder. They are for reference during initial teaching and later for reinforcement and review. They can help students succeed at three critical points:

The primary goal is to simply get a passing CAHSEE score, especially in cases of seniors who are close to completing other graduation requirements but have previously failed the math exit exam.
It is also a good general review of basic math and Algebra I for graduates who are preparing for a community college pre-enrollment placement test, in order to get a high enough score to be admitted into a college math class and not waste time in a remedial course.
